Kim has been providing administration and bookkeeping support for over 30 years to businesses within the insurance and financial planning industries. She has acquired her knowledge and expertise undertaking a variety of roles including Office Manager, Business Development Co-Ordinator, Accounts Administrator and Executive Assistant.
Kim has also supported clients to develop systems and procedures to enable them to gain more efficiency in their day to day work activities. Kim completed her Certificate IV in Financial Services in 2011, currently holds a Xero Certification and is a MYOB and Reckon Professional Partner.

Jodie has gained her valuable knowledge and skills performing various roles ranging from Reception, HR, Bookkeeping, Administration, Supervisory and Management Roles in the financial planning industry for over 25 years as well as several small businesses in various industries.
Jodie is an integral part of many of her clients' organisations, going above and beyond for them and being able to adapt to various situations as they arise. Jodie completed her Certificate IV in Financial Services in 2011 and is a MYOB and Reckon Professional Partner.
Client Liaison Manager – Registered BAS Agent
Janine joined the team at Summit Business Support in April 2008 and assists our clients in all aspects of their bookkeeping and administration needs. Janine prides herself on providing a high level of customer service to her clients and is often seen to be exceeding her clients’ expectations.
Janine’s previous roles in the Retail and Building industries were diverse and included managing a computerized Point of Sale system, as well as being responsible for Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger transactions and the day to day running of the office.
Janine is a Justice of the Peace and has completed her Certificate IV in Financial Services. Janine currently holds a Xero Certification.
Hayley currently provides administration support to the Summit team and keeps the office running smoothly with her exceptional organisational and administrations skills.
Hayley’s previous experience includes a role as an Administration Officer in the Financial Planning field and since joining the Summit team in January 2013, Hayley has been building on her bookkeeping knowledge in addition to providing administration support to our team and our clients.
Hayley holds both a Certificate III Business Administration and Certificate IV in Accounting.
Hayley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching sport and keeping up to date with the latest celebrity gossip.
Gabrielle is the newest member to our team.
Gabrielle joins our team with a focus on gaining experience in a professional setting as she is currently studying a double degree of Law and Criminology at university. From her studies, she has learned incredible time management and organizational skills needed to keep on top of her busy schedule which are invaluable for an administration position.
Gabrielle looks forward to working with all clients and is excited to build upon her knowledge.
Gabrielle’s interests include spending time with her family as well as taking a break from her studies by reading celebrity gossip and catching up on her favourite television shows.
Kylie holds a Certificate IV in Accounts Administration, and has worked in the home office, alongside her husband in his Painting and Decorating business, for the past 12 years.
Kylie is excited to be a part of the Summit team and looks forward to increasing her bookkeeping knowledge and experience within the industry.
Kylie enjoys spending time with family, shopping at local markets, and likes to be creative with art and craft. Other interests include camping and water skiing.
